Validation Issues
If you encounter any issues, have a hard time understanding how you're supposed to apply, or any issues related to joining Heart Unit, you may post them here - this includes issues regarding getting validated. Q. I posted an application but I cannot find it anymore. Where is it?

A. If you are still in the Validating user group (your name appears purple) please look in the Validated forum as your application has been looked at by a staff member and the appropriate steps taken. This means your application could be in the Validated forum, which means it's waiting for an Op to finalise your application and change your rank so you can see the PC world, or it could be in the Denied Apps forum which means that there is some reason that we could not accept your application at this time. If you find your application here - the reasons for denying the application are stated. If your application is in the Old Applications forum - this usually means you have been accepted, you may need to refresh the page to see your rank change and the members only areas of the forum. If you have any questions about your application, feel free to click the 'Live Help' button at the top of the forum and speak to a staff member.

Q. I am under your combat requirements to join but I have 99 Str and Atk. Can I still join?

A. Our F2P combat requirements are solid regardless of specific skill stats. Some tanks/pures may find this unfair, but we have stuck by our combat requirements since day 1 and will continue to do so.

Q: But I see people on your memberlist who do not meet the current requirements!

A: Heart Unit is the last of the original PC teams. Since our origins, we have had several combat requirement changes to help us adapt to the needs of our PC team and the changes in game. When those changes have occurred, it applies to future applicants only. We have a saying here: Once Heart, Always Heart and as long as a member continues to be active in the community, they are protected from requirement changes.
(Those who go inactive or are removed from the Heart Unit memberlist must meet the combat requirements if they choose to re-apply.)

Q. I was a member of Heart Unit over a year ago but I am Validating now. Why am I not a member any more?

A. After a year it's assumed that you no longer wanted to be a part of the community. For membership accuracy and to help deter leaking or account sharing, if you go inactive for a long period of time you will need to re-apply and re-validate your account so that we know that the person we accepted into Heart Unit is the same person that we're giving access to our PC world and our community again.
